Mobile concrete plant — refurbishment sites, Grand Est

The mobile plant was commissioned across eleven refurbishment operations, with the aim of removing ready-mix deliveries from sites where lorry access costs more than the concrete itself.

Over fourteen months of operation it produced 14,200 m³ against 12,000 in the plan. The difference comes from reworking offcuts, which was not counted at the outset, and the eleven-week late start came from the electrical connection.

The project is closed. The written report and the split are on file, and the equipment stays in service outside the project's scope.
