Funding is closed and works have not begun: the start calendar follows the permanent utility connection, which is being processed.
The platform covers 6,000 m², of which 1,400 are temperature-controlled, with twelve loading bays and a turning yard sized for articulated lorries. It is let in 300 m² units, which puts it within reach of operators who cannot take a whole warehouse.
Two thirds of the floor area is already covered by signed letting undertakings. Leases begin on delivery, not on signature.
