Call for editorial contributions, 2027
Published on August 22, 2026
Émergence is opening its call for contributions across all five sectors. Format, payment and the selection timetable.
We are opening a call for contributions for 2027, across the five sectors the platform covers. We are looking for pieces that bring verifiable figures, not opinion columns.
The expected length is 6,000 to 12,000 characters, with at least one primary source the editorial team can contact. A piece built only on public sources already online will not be accepted.
Payment is a flat fee, agreed before the commission and never after review. Travel costs for reporting are covered against a prior estimate.
Proposals are reviewed twice a month. We answer within fifteen days, including when the answer is no, and we give the reason.
